Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who processes your payment

WebOps Agent is operated by Echos Solutions. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, and Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and refunds on our behalf.

2. Free trial

Self-serve AI Try-On packages start with a 3-day trial. A card is required to start it, but you aren't charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends — from Billing → Manage billing in your dashboard — you won't be charged at all.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with WebOps Agent, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of being charged. This applies to:

When a refund is issued, the subscription or top-up it covers is cancelled at the same time.

4. After 14 days

You can cancel any time from Billing → Manage billing in your dashboard. Your service keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing renews after that. Payments older than 14 days aren't refunded, in whole or in part, unless the law where you live requires it.

5. Changing package

If you switch package, the change applies straight away and the price difference is prorated on your next invoice — you don't need to ask for a refund to move to a smaller package.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email echos.solutions@gmail.com from your account's email address and include your order number (it's on the receipt Paddle emailed you). You can also ask Paddle directly using the link on that receipt or at paddle.net.

Approved refunds are paid by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
