Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who we are
WebOps Agent (webopscopilot.com) is operated by Echos Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a subscription you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
2. What WebOps Agent does
WebOps Agent offers two products. AI Try-On adds photo try-on, live video try-on and an AI voice stylist to your online store. WebOps Copilot lets your team report website issues in plain language and uses an AI agent (Claude, by Anthropic) to classify the report, reproduce bugs, and draft content or price changes. The AI never applies a change directly — every content or price change requires a human with the Manager or Admin role to approve it before it touches your live site.
3. Plans, billing and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns.
Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or annually in advance, at the prices shown on our pricing page when you subscribe, plus any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Self-serve packages include a 3-day trial; a card is required, and you're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Each package includes a monthly usage quota. When a quota runs out the feature pauses until your next billing month or until you buy a top-up — you're never charged for usage beyond your quota unless you buy one. If you change package, the price difference is prorated on your next invoice. We'll email you before a price change applies to an existing subscription.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time from Billing → Manage billing in your dashboard. The service keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for and doesn't renew after that. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee.
5. Your account and tenant
Signing up creates a "tenant" — your company's isolated workspace. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for the actions taken by teammates you invite. The account owner (the user who signed up, or anyone they promote to Admin) can invite and remove teammates, connect and disconnect integrations, and delete the tenant entirely.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use WebOps Agent to submit reports about, or connect integrations for, a site or system you don't have the right to test or modify; to attempt to bypass the approval gate described above; or to use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
7. Connected integrations
When you connect WordPress/WooCommerce, Jira, Trello, Asana, or Slack, you're granting WebOps Agent permission to read and (after your approval) write to those systems using the credentials you provide. Those credentials are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect an integration at any time from Settings.
8. AI-generated output
Classifications, bug reproductions, and drafted content/price changes are generated by an AI model and may be wrong. You're responsible for reviewing every proposed change before approving it — that review step exists precisely because AI output isn't guaranteed to be correct.
9. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep WebOps Agent available but don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Features may change as the product evolves; we'll make a reasonable effort to communicate changes that affect how your team works.
10. Termination
You can delete your tenant at any time from Settings — this permanently removes your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
11. Limitation of liability
WebOps Agent is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including changes made to your site after a human approval — the approval step is what makes that change yours, not ours.
