How credits work
Simple rules, so there are no surprise bills.
One photo try-on = 1 credit
Each new realistic photo a shopper generates uses one credit. Looking at a result again (switching back to a colour they already tried) is free.
Live video counts by the second
Live try-on sessions use your live-video minutes by the second, and each session has a maximum length set by your package.
A daily safety cap protects your budget
No single day can use up your month: try-on pauses for the rest of the day once a daily limit is reached. You can lower it any time.
Usage stops at your quota
When a quota runs out, that try-on option simply hides for shoppers — you're never billed extra unless you buy a top-up. We email you at 80% and 100%.

Try-On quietly hides the option that ran out, so shoppers never see an error. Buy a top-up from your dashboard to turn it back on straight away, or wait for your next billing month.
Can I change package?
Yes — switch any time from Billing → AI Try-On in your dashboard. The change applies straight away and the price difference is prorated on your next invoice.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months, get 12. Your quota still refills every month, so a busy launch month can't use up the whole year.
Can I test before going live?
Yes. Test mode runs the whole widget on your store without generating real try-ons, so it uses no credits — perfect for setting things up before your shoppers see it.
What happens to shoppers' photos and video?
A shopper's photo is sent to our photo try-on provider (FASHN) only to create their try-on image, and is never shown to other shoppers. Live video streams directly from the shopper's browser to our video provider (Decart) — it never passes through our servers. See our privacy policy.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from Billing → Manage billing in your dashboard. Try-On keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing renews after that. Changed your mind? Every payment comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee — see our refund policy.
